text_align=&#8221;text-center&#8221; text_serif=&#8221;yes&#8221;]<strong>Descri\u00e7\u00e3o Geral do Projeto<\/strong>[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1618241742683{margin-top: 15px !important;}&#8221;]O projeto foi concebido para fornecer uma contribui\u00e7\u00e3o inovadora e espec\u00edfica para as quest\u00f5es do ensino e da forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional que se levantaram, durante o distanciamento social imposto pela pandemia nos pa\u00edses europeus.<\/p>\n<p>Em particular, tal como se verificou em todos os outros sectores educativos durante a pandemia, a EFP tamb\u00e9m o EFP teve que mobilizar as atividades de ensino \u00e0 dist\u00e2ncia, comportando v\u00e1rios n\u00edveis de dificuldades a come\u00e7ar pelas compet\u00eancias digitais dos professores do EFP, assim como as quest\u00f5es que se levantavam em termos da disponibilidade de tecnologias.<\/p>\n<p>Foram tomadas iniciativas de apoio a n\u00edvel do sistema, com uma r\u00e1pida capacita\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento\/hardware\/dispositivos para as escolas, mas nos limites daquilo que seria poss\u00edvel e em diferentes n\u00edveis, no contexto de cada um dos pa\u00edses do projeto.<\/p>\n<p>No sector do EFP, foi identificada uma lacuna adicional no que diz respeito \u00e0s aprendizagens correlacionadas com o contexto de simula\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica de trabalho, at\u00e9 porque requer uma consci\u00eancia tecnol\u00f3gica e um conjunto de compet\u00eancias avan\u00e7adas para se afigurar como alternativa eficaz \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica num ambiente digital.<\/p>\n<p>Neste contexto, o projeto vWBL pretende colmatar tais lacunas com uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o integrada dirigida essencialmente aos professores de EFP.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner row_inner_height_percent=&#8221;0&#8243;
