Para promover um ambiente de aprendizagem bem-sucedido, os professores devem assumir o papel de simplificadores da aprendizagem. Para auxiliar a aprendizagem de forma eficaz e eficiente, os nossos professores precisam de melhorar o seu desenvolvimento profissional.<\/p>\n<p>Este projeto proporcionar\u00e1 a oportunidade de os professores das escolas parceiras, colaborarem neste projeto para solucionar eventuais problemas de abandono escolar. Ao proporcionarem um ambiente de aprendizagem de sucesso para todos os alunos, ser\u00e3o analisados v\u00e1rios aspetos que possam estar na origem do problema. Em cada escola parceira Os alunos ser\u00e3o capazes de mudar as suas perce\u00e7\u00f5es negativas sobre a escola, reduzir o n\u00edvel de absentismo, abandonar a ideia de abandonar a escola mais cedo, descobrir as suas aptid\u00f5es e capacidades.<\/p>\n<p>Os funcion\u00e1rios da escola ser\u00e3o capazes de aumentar a consci\u00eancia sobre a gravidade do problema do abandono escolar, compreender o seu papel na preven\u00e7\u00e3o do abandono escolar precoce, aprender boas pr\u00e1ticas como o afastamento e a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de motiva\u00e7\u00e3o dos alunos.<\/p>\n<p>Os pais ser\u00e3o capazes de desenvolver um relacionamento mais eficaz com seus filhos e escolas, aumentar a consci\u00eancia sobre os aspetos negativos do abandono escolar precoce na sociedade, compreender o papel importante que desempenham na preven\u00e7\u00e3o do abandono escolar precoce.<\/p>\n<p>Desta forma o projeto tem tr\u00eas objetivos principais:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduzir o n\u00famero de abandono escolar precoce;<\/li>\n<li>Aumentar a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o desses alunos;<\/li>\n<li>Desenvolver novos m\u00e9todos para criar um ambiente escolar mais favor\u00e1vel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner row_inner_height_percent=&#8221;0&#8243;
