Intervention Strategy

The IN_Food Quality project intervention is based on an integrated strategy that includes several essential phases.

These phases are interdependent and make up, as a whole, an intervention directed to stimulate a profound and lasting change in the beneficiary organizations.

The strategy used is summarized in the table below.

Present State + Resources = Desired State
