On the 2nd of September 2009, the partners involved in the third Transnational meeting of the project nº LLP-LDV-TOI_2008-PT-412 – In_Food Quality, reunited at BioNord, located Bremerhaven - Germany.

The TTZ Partner  organized a seminar entitled: “Regional Food Safety issues and networks” so that the partners could gain some insight regarding the Bremerhaven reality and the dissemination of the In_Food Quality products. The seminar had the following programme:

- Food safety and monitoring in the region Bremen (Dr. Yee Hilz, Senate of Bremen, enquired);
- Food safety requirements as regards to SMEs (Dr. Claude Boiselle, LMTVet Bremerhaven, enquired);
- The food port Bremerhaven (BIS agency, Bremerhaven, enquired)
- Regional food industry and networks (Martin Schüring, ttz);
- Food industry needs & up-take of training: learning’s from the INPLISTA project (Jessica Wildner, ttz).

The hosting partner organized a visit to a fish auction and a training for incorporators/facilitators/trainers, according to the following programme: - Introductory Contents; - Training Strategy In_Food Quality; - Pedagogic Kit; - The Seal “Food Security”.
